world 6-4
Please help, before the end of this level you have to jump on a button to get the red squares. When I run and jump on them and try to jump up to the above platform I cannot seem to get enough height. Any suggestions as it is impossible to get any further.

I have found the best way is to turn into mini mario and stay on the squares until they fall, then jump up onto the ledge since he can jump so much higher, and collect the coin along the way. Hope this helps.

try sprinting (holding x) if tht dosent work get mini and you will be able to jump higher

Try hitting the button jump on top and try by pressing right and left as hard as you can.

^ when you jump try pressing as hard as you can when on the red blocks wall jump left and right as hard as you can.

On level 6-4, when you get to the red blocks just charge at them don't try to kick off just speed to them and kick of the wall and jump onto the platform. Then when you get to the red tube and go in instead of going to the green tube at the top go into the green one at the bottom and you instantly get to the flagpole. Its much easier just instead of going up go down which is easier to do anyway.

When you jump on the red blocks, jump again towards the wall on the left and then push B. You will then be able to jump higher to the right. I cannot get past the area after that though.

If you sprint the whole way and do wall kicks, you will make it.

How do you get past that bit. I figured out how to do the first red block jump up, but then there is another fire twirler, and you need to get up the level somehow, and I cannot seem to use this same double high jump here. Is this the only way to get up?Search for more answers for New Super Mario Bros or ask your own question here.
