You don't do anything or you could coolect make out paradise and try to get kyuubi naruto but I can't figure out how to do that

To get the Nine-Tailed Fox Spirit Charkra: You need to collect all the ripped scrolls and then go to the Hokages house and go to the back where the fire clock is
