Go right of ichiraku and then go right some more until you hit the wall. Then go up and talk to sakura.
It's near the park where the tent Guy and Lee were. The mother and the little kid are there, too. Go up, and there should be some gates, you'll find Sakura and Sasuke there. Hehe, I had trouble with this too.
