I have beaten 3 full rows/colums of missions, opening up 3 A rank missions. I haev tried to do them, but can't access them. I am a Genin, and still need to beat 2 more C rank missions. Is my game glitched, or am I just not on a high enough rank?

You need to finish all the c rank missions and then the b rank ones and then you get to do those ones
You have to be a special jonin to be able to try those missions
