How do you use the moves like narutos toad blade cut.I can only get the first symbol unless the first and second are the same.

You have to be fast and you need to touch the sybole that is on the screen.Train with it a little bit on D missions.
You just have to memorize the 1st symbol, then touch it in the screen, then the second, then the 3rd, and you have to do it qwickly, then you have to slide the stylus across the scroll
Just tap the screen really really fast all around the circle. It works for me every time.
Dont do what target said, do what idgit1 said. Its not that hard. Heres my strategy: find the first one, start goin counterclockwise and find the second, then go clockwise, and find the third.
Use what klaww said my way is to wait for it to stop moving so it'll be easy for you
