I'm Stuck!!!!!!!!!

I'm stuck on level 4 can someone tell me how to get to level 5? Please help! Thanks a lot.

just keep getting ish and helping tourists and you will soon get there

Go dowsing and when you get enough points, get a Body Part, like a Robot Head in the "Redeem Points" Talk to Helen, she'll tell you what to do. Go to chef Charlie,buy something and he'll tell you who wants you, like if Helen wanted you, but a cake and after you buy it, he'll tell you "Oh, Helen was looking for you" But if there is no news he'll say: "No news, is no news, good news?"

urg if u go to the casino it doesnt give u any star points!!!!!!!!! :(

Was in same position as you - just keep making tourists happy and playing each day at a time. Play at casino, aim to befriend both dealers. Have you bought Elizabeth's house? Make sure you rank in most games, or at least play occasionally. Keep buying cake from Charlie and stay on top of what is happening. Visit every character, every day, to see if their attitude is different and go from there. Eventually you will level up.
