Uh...I can't find any flower beds to plant flowers in!

If you look at your map, There are some Bold brown lines. There are a few in town. By your house there is one. Look around. When you walk up to a flower bed there will be the green diamond thing, push a, then choose to plant a flower. =) Hope it helps!!! =)
Like turtlelover said they are bold brown lines on your map and if you have them full and want to switch them you have to take out the other flowers. But most of the time the flowers you put increase your star meter thing up more.
