Getting to STAR Level 4?

Well if you go to Charlie the Cake dude, and buy alot of cakes from him, he will give you some gossip about the town, stuff like "Tyler the Tailor is sad today". Or something. Then go visit that sim and you will get closer to the fourth level. If you already know that, then buy all of Tyler's clothes. That should get you somewhere =]

I was stuck on it too the easy way is to go to the forest at night and sophie should be there ask her and she says she has gone blank on ideas then the next day go to her shop and she says to create new ideas say yes, create a good oneand you go straight to star level 4!

If you want to get to level 4 go to charlie the cake shop owner and buy some cake off him. Then he will tell you that Tyler is sad today, go see Tyler he will be in the corner of the room with his head down. Talk to him for this will make him happy. Go see charlie every day and he will tell you gossip about each citizen in the town. It may take a long time to do this but if you are that desperet just take from my advise. Thank you!

I was stuck too! Go to the Entertaiment Center after you met Nicki,and go talk to Elizibeth and buy her pet house. Then cheer up Ewan with a bunch of presents. Get Tyler's permission to make clothes of your own,and buy cakes from Charlie and he will tell you some gossip on the town.

You have to find sophie at night and start making furniture for her,ummm find Tyler, buy all his clothes and make designs, try to win all the trophies for lei making, cheer up ewan, help Foster with the forest, test out the paraglider for marie, and then you SHOULD be there

Make lots of super feed, feed it to different animals and you should gradually get to star level 4.

The only way to get to star level 4 is from buying cakes from Charlie, he will tell you who is happy or sad. Go see whoever he talks about and then do what they want. (Make them happy etc It takes time but you'll get there eventually.
