I'm SO close to getting it, but I don't know how else to help in the highlands. I've put all the objects down I can & it's still orange.
It says:

To figure out where to go next, just go talk to the mayor. Sometimes if you don't know what to do she will say that so-and-so wants to talk to you about whatever. So if she says that just go talk to whoever she says to talk to.
