Okay now I have two questions:
1; Where is the golden program to get into murkland?
2; What is a nebula area?

When you go to undernet 3 you'll see an arrow (The one that on the right that leads to undernet 2) go there and you'll be in undernet 2 then keep going and you'll find the gold program and nebula area also has liberation missions

1)to get into Murkland you must get 100 standard chips
2)nebula area is murkland it's just that the person calls it murkland
