board features

I have to questions
1. Can someone help me by telling me what to do to get the secret board features the one with no hints.
2. The one board feature asks to get 500 coins or more on the spinning wheel on the pin ball level but I can't do this because it only allows you to bet 99 coins and you can only times in by 5 so I end up 5 coins short does it mean collectively over many games.

Idk for #1 but for #2, it does mean like in all. Say you win 100 coins in one game then win 350 in another and win 50 in another then you'll get the board feature.

1. For those secret features you sort of have to figure it out on your own.
2. Thats an easy one. Do a party mode map on Bowser's Pinball Machine, set it to 30 turns, and do whatever with the computer. Buy half-way dice blocks. Now, try to get as close as you can to the ? Spaces in front of the spinning wheel. (So try to get 1 or 2 spaces before it). Use the block to try to land on it. If you overshoot, turn off your DS and turn it back on and try again. This is what I did. Keep trying to land there until you do. Once you do, bet the max amount of coins and bet on 5X. If you fail to land it there, do the off and on thing. Do this until you succeed. If you bet 99 coins you'll only get 495, so just continue around the board until you get there again. (This is the technique I used. It works).
