Question for Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story

I have an are code all abilities and I just got out of browser and beat parakoopa but can't break the attack block?

I've experienced this error too. It won't break because part of the All Abilities cheat is unlocking special attacks and the Yoo Who cannon attack is already unlocked. What you should do is (I'm sorry if it upsets you) erase the file data and start over again without the all abilities cheat and once you're at the point where you hit the attack block with paratroopa shell, it should give you the attack pieces.
