Question for Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story

There's a button in the airway and when I hit it a bone pops out then returns also it's unreachable is this a flaw in the game?,is it just for amusement? Please help!

You sure it wasnt SUPPOSED to do that? I mean theres a button in the airway that was meant to hit the dark star!
