How do you get the lightening ball thing out from under the pathway of bones because you have to get that to open the DNA door at the start of the pipe works but when you go further forward you come to a purple pipe and a pimple type thing and mario hit's it and an atom type thing comes out but what do you do with it and does it relate to the DNA door ?? Also how do you get luigi to use his hammer ??? I've been stuck on this since I recived it as a christmas present in 2010 and I would be very greatful if you answered my question ASAP thanks.
