Please can someone help I have my two star pieces and my puzzle pieces and my basket special attack but it has no effect on chakron what am I doing wrong?

make sure luigi catches all the food, you press A as fast as you can, and when luigi goas as high as he can, press b.

Nothing about Chakron but something funny about Snack Basket. Not that he gets fat, but if you get 7 or less(less that 8) of the snacks, Luigi cries and you can actually hear him going: AHAHAHAHAH!
