Who is R.O.B.? I've heard of him that after you beat the Mirror cup on retro with gold trophies that you get him but what does he look like?

You can get R.O.B. To me He looks like a rotating head on a stick with arms. He has no actual legs (one of his karts are his legs it's called ROB-LGS) If you want to know what R.O.B stands for it means (R)obot (O)perating (B)uddy.

ROB was an accessory for the origional NES that allowed a CPU to play as a player. However it failed. This is just a tribute to it.
