Question for Mario Kart DS

I was just wondering if you can win the shy guy character on this game beacause everytime I played this game with my friends and didn't have this game card I ended up being the shy guy and always being a random color. TRANSLATION- Can you get the shy guy in this game and if so how?

The only way to be shy guy is DS download play. The person that doesn't have the catridge is a random color shy guy

The shyguy only appears when you play ds download matches.
So if you want to play as shyguy, then use download play.
As far as I know there is no way to get shyguy otherwise

No, you can only play with Shy-Guy on 2Players mode.

You cannot get Shy Guy, Period. It's only playable by DS Download Play when your the guy without the cartridge.

You can't play as Shy Guy.Only in ds download play.I wish you could unlock him.
