How do I enter cheats for Mario cart D.S.? Please help me because I really want the Japanese ROB. Or maybe you can tell me how to get him with out using cheats?

You have to beat 150cc mirror then you will get him.reminder.you have to beat all 150cc races.

You get rob by completing 150cc mirror mode on all circuits but thebn you can't get a second personal car for each raer
