If you have found his character token, you can unlock him in the shop thats in the room of requirement, you use studs to unlock characters ONLY if you have the tokens! Once you've completed yr 4 go back and play each level in freeplay and you will be able to collect everything

You can find him in the quidditch level in year 2 with a dark wizard in one of the boxes. You can also find him in thermally boss battle in year 3 when a red wizard has a character token and you scare him with a snake in a basket next to a big snowball. Also in year 1 in the forbidden forest in a red dark wizard box
