If you are on ds thenfirst you go upstairs and talk to petunia,she will give you one present and then go downstairs and use dudley to push the block so you can find the second present in that room.Hope this helps.

You need to switch to Dudley by pressing RB then you can move the box to get the gift. Switch back to Harry after and return the gifts
