How do you get 100%? I'm at 99%, and I don't know what to do.

Did you get all the treasures in The Great Cave Offensive?
Look at all the levels you did, and see if you completed all of them.
I once was at 99% and I forgot I restarted on a level and didn't finish it.
So I finished the level and then I was at 100%.
