I have four out of 5 star seals can someone tell me where the middle Star Seal is found

Heres a very easy way to tell where the star seals are... On the WORLD selection screen ... Youll see worlds 1-6 or however many there are ...there will be a SPINNING STAR on the world that needs something to be found
I don't really know how to explain.. It's just a spinning star over the level on the world screen...
