You might've already got past this bit seeming as you posted this question along time ago but if you still haven't passed it then i'll tell you. Bassicaly you just need to keep hitting it on the tail and wings and watch out for when it does a spinning attack. After a while it should land and you then attack it's head using either blizzard or fire (I can't remember which one, soz). hope this helped :D
