I have done once the wifi download but I still don't get crossfire and the key I only got the inazuma boots in the store what now??

Maybe you have to recruit new players that you get on wifi you can check the name of new players at your blog
Crossfire is inside a chest in the Secret Warehouse at the end of the shopping area. However, you will first need to purchase the secret warehouse key from the station shop.
