You have to get nina to be at a friendship of 200 or above (it may be 250 or above). Then give her a piece of wool after you do get it to that friendship 10 days before the chrstmas day.
You get Nina to 250 Friendship points and you have to give her 50 (large) wool. She will then give you a stocking.
