Rocks last heart event is in the inn in his room between 6AM-11AM. ( Pretty sure everyday SUN ) Just agree with him and everything like normal, the next thing is MArriage once his heart is REd.
Go to marriage walk throughs and you can get them all but I married Rock as well so his last heart event is in the inn in his bedroom between 6am-11am. Goodluck!
