So I really want to marry Flora but I can't seem to trigger her second heart event, I even got her up to blue and had to lower it again so I could keep trying. Anyone have any hints? I heard that the weather does't matter but I'm starting to think that isn't true.

I'm not marrying Flora, but I do know that her heart event has to be on a rainy/snowy Tuesday. Also, you can still do the second heart event if she has blue heart. DON'T lower her AP!
The only requirements I have is that it can't be a Tuesday. Try on a rainy day , and try on a sunny day- but it usually says if it HAS to be a rainy day.
