It is in the 3rd mine. You can find it on the floor you enter in. A good trick for this is to save before you enter(be sure to have a lot of Turbojolt and Bodigizer XLs!), then smash the rocks to see if it is there, if it isn't, then load up the file you saved on before. Very useful for finding the items you want. Note that this also works with the cursed tools and accessories you come across on deeper floors of the third mine. Enjoy the cheese!
