My friend is stuck on something I know this might sound dumb but she says she can't find any people in her game except for festivals.please help a.s.a.p.!!!!

Sadly your friend has the Ghost Town Glitch. :(

It's not a dumb question at all, and I'm probably not the one to answer this question since I haven't had this problem.... BUT
I do know there is a known glitch in this game that some people have come across. I don't know if there is a fix, or if you have to return the game... Someone else can tell you that I'm sure. The problem I've read about includes not seeing any people in your game, and all the doors are always locked. Try restarting your game, if that doesn't work.... I'm not sure. I'm sorry.
