Hey. I gathered a bunch of stones to make a silo and lumber bin thing using the stones and I got 100 (thats what It said I needed) and it still said I didn't have enough material. Am I using the right "stone"? Please help

Did you smash them to make material stone? That's the only way it'll work.
Oh, I did the same thing...the collecting stones thing. You have to hit them with a hammer. It's a new feature, the stones are useable for construction only after you've hit them. I don't know what happens when you hit it twice, but I'm guessing it'll disappear then.
