I have given the Witch Princess 10,000 gifts, seen all her heart events, and have her friendship and affection at max, but she still won't accept the blue feather! What am I doing wrong?

Well unfortunately you can't marry her in the U.S. Version, because it doesn't count how many animals you have killed. If you have another version you have to kill off 100 animals and pass out 100 times.
