I've only ever been married to Celia but the process is the same. Remember the date you went to the doctor and found out she was pregnant, then add two seasons. So if you got the doctor scene on summer 15, your child will be born on winter 15. If you can't remember when it was, as soon 30 days of the pregnancy are gone Nami will change what she says in the morning.
I hope the baby is born, unlike mine. My game keeps corrupting every time I go down the mines and my wife is pregnant and I heve to start from scratch. So whatever you do DON'T do that.
I think it takes 60 game days for your son to be born.
