Fishing and Milk

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong. My fishing rod is at mythic level , I never litter anywhere (It doesn't count on your own land , does it ?) but I catch an awful lot of garbage. I never catch a large fish and only the odd medium. I do catch small fish but only really late at night and I have tried all the fishing places. ___ALSO on 2 occasions I managed to get large milk but never again. My milker is now at level 1 but it gives me 2 medium at once but not large. ANY IDEAS ANYONE. Thank you very much .

L milk is hard to get even if it is level 2
I catch a lot of garbage to the more kind of fish you get the more you will not get garbage and the more you will get L Fish
