I know you have to throw 100 things in the pond to make her appear but how? I already threw out 100 things in there.

I think you're using the wrong pond.... You toss things into the Goddess Pond (not turtle pond). The Goddess pond is the one at the top of the town by the sprites tree. Just toss strawberries or flowers into the water and she'll appear ONCE you have rescued her. You rescue her first by finding 60 sprites. She won't show up until you do this first.
