1. In order to get th stocking you need to give Nina 50 pieces of large wool and have her friendship points to 255.After you have done all that,go to her house and then she will give it to you. When you go back to your house,the stocking will be hanging next to the tv.
2. In order to get the big bed,you need to unlock the shopping channel by shopping from the supermarket over the phone for 10 days.the days that are closed don't count.After that,eventually you will see the option to buy the big bed.
3. You need to have 900,000,000g by the beginning of a season.you need to have more than that just incase.Then Mayor Thomas will offer you the island.
