Question for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

I'm on Task Eight and I am stuck on the part where you are retriving Colin Creevey's camera, when I try to go on the part where I have to walk across the pipe thing, Harry gets unbalanced and slips so he's hanging on the pipe and I can't get him back up! What do I do?

Use the stylus on the other side that Harry falls ex. Harry falls through cause the pointer is on the far left: use the stylus on the right part.
