Can there be a condition cheat like so? ar code

I want to add 2 types of conditions: Paralisis ( opponent may be unable to rotate or attack at a 50% change and it counts down randomly not at the end of target's user's turn looks like a small lightning bolt)

and Wither(the more potent version of poison and has a 10% chance of KOing the vivosaur after damage has a Huge X in the center and level one is like Poison two and it will go from there)X also give thunderbolt (deliko) paralisis(50%) and Demitro whirl Wither (10%)

No this would have to be coded in with a modifided game cartridge
