Go to your dino medal holder-click on Teffla and you should get a menu of what actions you can take. One of the choices will be to bank him. Pick that and Teffla will disappear from your holder and move to your bank. Now go out and find another Aeros set of bones and rank it up again. Your holder can only have one vivosaur of each number in it, but the bank will hold as many copies as you like. Unfortunately, that means you have to find at least 2 copies of each superevolver-one to retain as the original and one to evolve. If you need your currently ranked up Aeros right now, find a wondrous rock and give it to Teffla. It will replace the miraculous fossil, which will now be lost. In order to get the Completist mask, though, you will eventually have to do the bank thing with all 30 superevolvers . When making teams, you can draw from either your holder or your bank to build a team. It's just that if you find any bones, and they are higher point versions than you currently have, they will only go to whichever vivosaur is currently sitting in your holder. Good luck!
