Is there a place to earn high battle points to level up my vivosuars?

Yes there is! But you have to have lots of level 20 vivosaurs! After beating the main game, you can fight any one of the BB Brigade members and earn 30 points! One is in the fossil guide in Cranial City, one is in Ribular Town next close to the cleaning emporium, and one in Ilium Village close to bonehemoth and icegrip plateau. Another place for points is fighting zongazonga! You can fight him again and again at the calisteo museum. Talk to the old dude and you can fight him! It's super easy for me to win against them!!! In addition to fighting all the various fighters , you can keep a team of five low ranked vivosaurs, not as your active team. As you play the game and dig up fossils, you will accrue donation points. After buying all the DP vivosaurs and all the color masks, you can save up points to buy Battle points. The 100 point package costs 800 DPs, for this, you can switch your active team to be the weak vivosaurs you want to rank up, buy the 100 battle points and all the vivosaurs on your active team will gain 2 ranks. In effect, while you're doing what you'd do anyway, this is a 500 battle point freebie! Just don't forget to switch back to your real team before leaving the cleaning room. I've got some of the new vivosaurs that start out at rank 1 or 2 up to 13 and 14 without having to try to win battles with low ranked dinos.

After you beat the game you can enter all the battle royales and beat everybody. You should earn lots of battle points!

Terra that does work but it's not easy to get rank 20s if you don't already have them at the end, so I'm saying do like terra says and battle lester(he is VERY easy just make sure you kill b-tricera before his third turn or he will rotate his b-rex and use zombie breath attack all)
