How do you get the bodypart mask becuase I really need them ?

I believe you acquire them as you win each of the Battle Royales (one on each main island), with head mask awarded after you win the Champions tournament at the BBB base island (Stella, Terry, Kent and Joe Wildwood as opponents.) You have to beat the game first before it will let you enter the tournaments. Good luck.
