you need to fight rupert todd the guy with the balliver and the rest of the patrol squad.
I finally got to fight Joe! You have to do all the battle Royales on all three islands, then a fourth will open up on the BBB base. You can't stop battling like you can on the first three to reconfigure your team; what you take is what you got! You battle Terry, Stella and Kent, then Joe will show up to battle you.
First, it has nothing to do with the battle royals. Second, you have to battle princess pooch, rupert, todd, pauleen, lola, lester, and cole. Princess pooch is in the fossil guild of illium village. Pauleen is in the building to the left of the fossil guild in cranial city. Todd is at the fossil lawn. He's hard to find, but you should find him eventually. Rupert is outside of the fighter station in illium village. He is to the left. Cole is outside of the fighter station of illium village, but he is on the right. Lester is inside the fossil guild of cranial city, and lola is outside of the cleaning party emporium. Once you have defeated them, joe wildwest should battle you.
I have beat all of them but joe still wont battle me!
You have to battle Todd pauleen Rupert Lester Lola cole and the guy you met in the bonehemoth then joe will battle you.
In order to battle Joe, you need to battle certain people in certain places. Here's who you need to fight in order to fight Joe.
1. Todd. Location: Fossil Lawn
2. Lola. Location: Ribular Town
3. Pauleen. Location: Hare Club
4. Lester. Location: Cranial's Fossil Guide
5. Rupert. Location: Ilium Village
6. Princess Pooch. Location: Ilium's Fossil Guide
7. Cole. Location: Ilium Village
8. Robinson. Location: back of the Bonehemoth
And then go to Joe and then you can battle him. Have fun battling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You have to battle the 3 BBB Commanders Robinson Princess Pooch and the rest of the patrop team. Where you can find them is as follows
Todd: Fossil Lawn
Pauleen: Hare Club in Cranial City
Ruppert: Ilium Village
Cole: Illum Village
Lester: Cranial City Fossil Guild
Lola: Ribular Town
Princess Pooch: Ilium Village Fossil Guild
Robinson: In Bonehemoth
