Question for Fossil Fighters

I can't find a Paki skull. I have dug at Coldfeet Glacier for a long time and have found every part but the skull and can't find one.

At the end of the game you can get Igno. If you have Igno(you have to beat suarhead three times in a row)go to Coldfeet Glacier. Put Igno on your team and start to dig. If you have Igno on your team you can only dig up heads! If you find a NEW water fossil you have Paki
