An unusable outfit in a recipie???

I have received a scroll item recipe, and the description is as follows...

Sea Service Suit:
Design for a 'sailor outfit'.
For Clavat and Selkie females only.

The items used to make this are:
Fine Silk x 5
Mythril Silk x 3
White Dust x 20


The four party members we play with in this game are A Clavat male (Yuri), A Yuke male (Alhanalem), A Selkie male (Gnash) and a Lilty female (Meeth).

HOW on EARTH am I supposed to even use the item made from this recipe? There are no Female Clavats or Selkies in my fighting party! Lol

I think it's funny, but I seriously want an answer. I have checked various walkthroughs and the one item FAQ I could find on here, and no mention at all of this item!

I have completed this game all the way through and am playing through a second time... And in no place does a female clavat or selkie join the party.

Can anyone shed any light on the topic? Thanks in advance, mitsu!

I multiplay you can use this if you are a female clavat or selkie.

The items in mutiplay and story mode are thesame
