I only have 1 rank S monster, but it's not a dragon family. I have Malroth, got it by synthing Living Statue with Demon-At-Arms. It may not be what you're looking for, but hey, it's pretty good.
I got a dragon family monster synhtesing demon-at-arms with great dragon it is a dracolord it is good
