I can't get a Dracolord when I synthesize an Alabast Dragon and a Captain Crow. What could be the problem?

Maybe your tring to fuse two -'s or two +'s together. This will not work try to fuse a + and a - together. Hope this helps.
That's only half of what you need to do. You have the easy part of getting dracolord done, but now you need to get a gem slime. Fuse the Gem slime with another alabast dragon to get a great dragon. Then fuse the Captain crow and alabast dragon to get another great dragon. Fuse those two great dragons together to get a dracolord. Just for your information it took me three months to get my dracolord because of how hard it is to get a gem slime. You need two gold golems and two grandpa slimes. Grandpa slimes are made out of a metal king slime fused with a king bubble slime and a king slime fused with a metal king slime.
