Complete all of the Union Quests which is the light (dawn) or dark (dusk) office area talk to Piedmon (dusk) or to Orpanimon (dawn). The last quest should have six stars but to get to that quest first you have to complete the other quests. When on the sixth quest you will go to your rivals city where you will battle your rivals boss. After defeating your rival a path will be unveiled to you called Chaos Brain that is where you will find GuardiAngemon.
