Help I have 46 balloons and I can't get the one stuck in the ice block (snowflake mountain) I need it to get to wizpig 2 help!!!!!!!!!!!

All you gotta do is move it down to the river and let it float down. Then you will find it buy the light house or the island. I hope I helped in some way.
