First, you have to get the star bomber cape and hat. Then go to sunny tower where the Ace is. Then he going to give you permission to go with the cannon. Then you take a walk for a little, inside or outside the sunny tower. Then You going to received an email from star bomber(if I'm not wrong). Get back to the sunny tower and go to the clown in the front of the cannon. Before you ride the cannon, you can ask them, who did they want. If I'm not wrong, Green wants gold, blue wants green, gold wants pink. Go and ride the cannon. Talk to the star bomber. And star bomber going to change you with what you want. For example. You can be pink, and then talk to gold. Then gold going to leave. So do green and blue.
