This feature becomes available when you have beaten the Star Bomber's high score in Attraction mode.

This mode which enables the 7 remaining cards for the treasure chest to be unlocked will become available when you have the yellow key and have saved Beauty Bomber instead of the Blue Bomber girl. When you then complete level 25 of this mode those 7 cards and an alternate title screen will become unlocked.
