Hey peoples! This is my very first cheat code submission! Basically I only made this cheat because shiftry is my favorite Pokemon and I hope by after this code it will be yours to! Go to any place(preferably outside of Mt.Silver because Shiftry's level will be the average of the pokemon there. ENJOY!!!! P.S. it can't breed :( P.P.S Tested and works.
I think you hold done select when in the grass...sorry I can't remember. Just try whatever you can. Works for both SS and HG
